AdventHealth Primary Care Network is seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses and Physician Assistants to join our Float Team in Orange City, Florida! These Providers will float throughout Volusia County.
Location: Orlando, FL - Specialty: Nurse Practitioner, Family
AdventHealth Well 65+ is seeking an experienced Float APRN or Physician Assistant to provide personalized, high-quality care to patients 65 years and older in a value-based, Medicare Advantage practice focused on quality, outcomes, and meaningful patient relationships. We have a growing network of community-based practices. Our providers benefit from a well-established, integrated health system that ensures seamless access to hospitals, specialists, and coordinated care resources, allowing patients to thrive through comprehensive care.

• Low daily volume: 10–14 patients per day

Qualifications
Education & Experience
• Master’s degree in nursing (APRN/FNP) or Physician Assistant Studies
• Must have 2+ years of clinical experience as an APRN or PA-C
Licensure, Certification & Registration
• Active Florida APRN or PA-C license
• Current DEA license
• ANCC or AANP Certification
• BLS required; ACLS (preferred)

Location: Winter Park, FL - Specialty: Nurse Practitioner, Family
AdventHealth Primary Care Network is seeking a Part-Time Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. This role offers a supportive practice environment, broad clinical exposure, and the opportunity to care for patients across the lifespan while maintaining a sustainable work-life balance. This model focuses on delivering comprehensive care that includes preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care. We place a strong emphasis on patient-centered care within the network through patient engagement, digital health tools, cultural sensitivity, and accessible locations.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including women’s health
• Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging
• Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to physicians or specialists as needed
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity and consistency of care
• Deliver care with a professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
Education & Experience
• Master’s degree in nursing (FNP/APRN) or Physician Assistant Studies
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in Family or Internal Medicine preferred
• Experience caring for patients of all ages and managing acute and chronic conditions strongly preferred
Licensure, Certification & Registration
• Active Florida APRN or PA-C license
• Active DEA license
• ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA (or equivalent) certification
• BLS required; ACLS (preferred)
