AdventHealth Primary Care Network is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our Team as a Full-Time Float! This Physician will float throughout Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough counties in West Florida.

At work, you will experience:
- Work Life Balance Schedule. Option of a 4- or 5- day work schedule. No weekend office hours.
- Shared Call. Practice call only. No hospital rounding. Nurse triage support for call coverage.
- Patient Census. Expect to see between 20 and 22 patients per day utilizing the efficiencies of EPIC, the electronic medical record.
- Dedicated Admin Time: 4 hours weekly for a full-time physician.
- Clinic Support Team. Includes one dedicated medical assistant (MA), front office staff, and a practice administrator.
- Specialty Network. A comprehensive team of specialists and ancillary services is available to provide a full spectrum of care for your patients' needs.
- Clinical Utilization. You will have the opportunity to practice medicine as it should be and utilize all of your clinical skills-preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and office-based procedures.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with or willingness to supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APRN & PA-C)
- Proficiency with minor office-based procedures, including, but not limited to, joint injections and minor dermatologic procedures
- Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine (or Board Eligibility within 3 years of completing a US-based residency program)
- Active FL medical license (or ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure)
- Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)

AdventHealth Well 65+ is seeking a Board-Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physician to provide personalized, high-quality care to patients 65 years and older in a value-based, Medicare Advantage practice focused on quality, outcomes, and meaningful patient relationships.

Location: East, FL - Specialty: Nurse Practitioner, Family
AdventHealth Primary Care Network is seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses and Physician Assistants to join our Float Team in East Florida, Florida! These Providers will float throughout East Volusia, West Volusia, and Flagler Counties in our East Florida Division.
The APP, under the supervision of the Physicians is responsible for:
- Performs physical examinations of patients, assessment and treatment of injuries or illnesses for pediatric through geriatric patients, including women's health
- Orders and interprets appropriate diagnostic tests, such as routine laboratory, X-ray, etc.
- Independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions
- Monitors the patient's course of treatment and makes appropriate referral to either a physician or specialist, as needed
- Collaborates with physician supervisor and staff, as necessary to provide consistent care to patients and support to staff
- Displays a caring and professional attitude at all times as well as maintaining personal and professional growth
