Location: Haines City, FL - Specialty: Nurse Practitioner, Family
AdventHealth Primary Care+ is seeking Advanced Practice Providers to join our team-based primary care model. This opportunity is designed for providers who value whole-family care, continuity with patients, and a collaborative practice environment that supports both high-quality care and work–life balance. In this role, you will work closely with other Advanced Practice Providers and Care Teams to deliver comprehensive primary care in a modern, well-supported clinic focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships.

Schedule Details
This position follows a fixed schedule.
- Friday, 2:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

In this role, you will work closely with other APPs and Care Teams to deliver comprehensive primary care in a modern, well-supported clinic focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships.
Schedule:
Friday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Training Requirement:
Candidates must be available to complete a 5-week training program, which may occur on weekdays, as trainers are not available every weekend.
