Overview
AdventHealth Primary Care Network is seeking a board certified, experienced Internal or Family Medicine physician for an outpatient primary care practice. Located in the highly sought-after community of Winter Park, FL, this practice is conveniently close to many gorgeous homes and downtown urban living, shopping, and great schools in the beautiful city of Orlando.
At work, you will experience:
- More Time with Patients: Up to 45 minutes with patients to provide comprehensive, personalized care
- Smaller Patient Panel. Max patient panel of 600
- Lower Daily Patient Census. Expect to see between 13-15 patients per day utilizing the efficiencies of EPIC, electronic medical record
- Physician Influence. Opportunity to shape and design the daily operations and workflow of the practice.
- Clinic Support Team. Includes two dedicated medical assistants (MA’s), front office, and a practice manager.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of three years outpatient experience
- Available to start in September 2025
- Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine
- Active FL medical license (or ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure)
- Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
