AdventHealth Well 65+ is seeking an experienced APRN or Physician Assistant to provide personalized, high-quality care to patients 65 years and older in a value-based, Medicare Advantage practice focused on quality, outcomes, and meaningful patient relationships. 

We have a growing network of community-based practices. Our providers benefit from a well-established, integrated health system that ensures seamless access to hospitals, specialists, and coordinated care resources, allowing patients to thrive through comprehensive care.

• Low daily volume: 10–14 patients per day

Qualifications

Education & Experience 
• Master’s degree in nursing (APRN/FNP) or Physician Assistant Studies 
• Must have 2+ years of clinical experience as an APRN or PA-C 

Licensure, Certification & Registration 
• Active Florida APRN or PA-C license 
• Current DEA license 
• ANCC or AANP Certification 
• BLS required; ACLS (preferred)
