UChicago Medicine AdventHealth CentraCare is seeking dynamic and motivated Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants to join our team. This Full-Time Float, outpatient role offers the opportunity to be part of a growing service line that prioritizes collaboration, clinical excellence, and work–life balance. 
We specialize in family medicine, pediatrics, orthopedics, and corporate medicine. Our fully equipped centers are open seven days a week and provide comprehensive, non-appointment-based care; this includes on-site X-rays, and laboratory services, with accessibility at the heart of our mission.

Requirements

• Active State APRN or PA-C license 
• Experienced with minor procedures, including laceration repair, I&D, splinting, and basic ECG and X-ray interpretation 
• Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience (preferred) 
• BLS Required
